Как правильно ухаживать за кожей вокруг стомы?
Кожа вокруг стомы требует особого ухода, так как она подвержена повышенной нагрузке. Постоянное приклеивание калоприемника и попадание на кожу агрессивных веществ может привести к ряду осложнений. Это аллергические реакции, раздражение, появление труднозаживающих язв, трещин кожи. Правильный уход поддерживает здоровье кожи и позволяет избежать проблем.
Уход за кожей производится при смене мешка и имеет определенные этапы.
1. Снять мешок с помощью очистителя.
Очистить поверхность кожи от загрязнений и остатков пасты, адгезива.
2. Нанести защитный крем.
Крем имеет в своем составе уникальную комбинацию средств, оказывающих увлажняющее и заживляющее действие.
Если существует раздражение кожи вокруг стомы, с которым не справляется этот крем, то после консультации с врачом (для исключения бактериальной инфекции) можно использовать восстанавливающую крем-пасту Стомагезив, которая специально предназначен для лечения раздражённой кожи вокруг стомы.
В состав этой крем-пасты входит масло, поэтому убедитесь, что Вы удалили остатки масляной пасты полностью, в противном случае возникнут затруднения с последующей фиксацией пластин или однокомпонентных систем.
3. Нанести абсорбирующую пудру.
Пудра для стомы обладает превосходными влагопоглощающими свойствами, эффективно поглощает экссудат и выделения. Она сохраняет перистомальную область сухой и уменьшает раздражение кожи.
4. Нанести защитную пленку.
Площадь нанесения пленки должна соответствовать площади клеевой пластины калоприемника (уроприемника). Через 1-2 минуты после нанесения жидкость высыхает, и образуется эластичная защитная пленка. На покрасневших участках кожи возможно легкое покалывание. Не использовать в период лечения раздражения кожи. Пленку не следует удалять при замене калоприемника (уроприемника). Нанесенная на кожу пленка не растворяется в воде и обеспечивает защиту даже при купании.
5. Нанести на кожу вокруг стомы пасту-герметик.
Основное назначение пасты-герметика — не дать содержимому стомы подтечь под пластину или попасть на голую кожу. Также пастой нужно заполнить неровности и складки кожи в зоне приклеивания пластины.
6. Приклеить мешок или пластину двухкомпонентной системы.
Соблюдение всех правил и этапов ухода за кожей вокруг стомы избавит вас от частой смены мешков или пластин и сохранит кожу здоровой.
