Принцип действия компрессионных изделий
Компрессионные изделия равномерно распределяют давление на тело, снижая таким образом застой венозной крови и ускоряя ее отток. Специальные чулки, гольфы и колготки облегчают работу венозных клапанов, благодаря чему кровь выталкивается по направлению к сердцу. Это приводит к уменьшению отечности, сужению диаметра вен, улучшению самочувствия и эстетики ног.
Классы компрессии
Компрессионные изделия можно условно разделить на две категории: для профилактики и лечения. Первые можно подбирать самостоятельно и носить в профилактических целях, вторые же назначает врач, предварительно подбирая оптимальный уровень компрессии. Всего существует 4 класса компрессии:
- Первый класс. Те самые изделия для профилактики, которые подойдут для ношения во время беременности, при тяжелых физических нагрузках, при возникновении сетки сосудов и т.д. Их рекомендуется носить людям, которые много времени проводят на ногах;
- Второй класс. Показаны для людей, страдающих от варикоза, но когда болезнь протекает без трофических нарушений и венозной недостаточности;
- Третий класс. Компрессионный трикотаж третьего класса назначается при осложнениях варикоза и венозной недостаточности, протекающих с трофическими дефектами;
- Четвертый класс. Редкая категория, которая практически не используется. Показана при серьезных заболеваниях вен, например, лимфедеме.
Ношение лечебных чулок, колготок и гольфов поддерживает ослабленные стенки сосудов и улучшает отток крови. Но для достижения наилучшего эффекта выбор следует делать индивидуально, исходя из клинической картины.
